In order to continue this positive trend in the future, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Controls Expert in the UK to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

To act as the trusted Controls Expert in the UK for M&E contractors and designers, ensuring Rf-Technologies’ controls solutions (ZENiX and ONE-X) are designed in at the pre‑tender stage, correctly translated and communicated during tender and sales phases and timely transferred to the Rf-Technologies controls execution team or related commissioning partners. This through persistent engagement and expert technical insight.

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities:

• Securing specifications of Rf-Technologies controls in pre‑tender designs via the related M&E designer community, resulting in a growing controls specification and sales pipeline
• Working closely with the M&E contractor controls team to ensure a winning controls configuration is offered, in close cooperation with our Technical Sales Experts.
• Developing and presenting the best suited controls schematics to our prospects and customers.
• Coordinating closely with the Rf-Technologies controls customers and the ZENiX controls team to ensure a satisfactory controls installation and commissioning phase.
• Occasionally executing control commissioning or supporting the ZENiX controls commissioning team or partner.
• Logging all relevant information in our CRM platform.

Essential Knowledge & Expertise:

• Technical fluency in fire safety control systems and strong knowledge of related fire and smoke control dampers, with a strong understanding of CE and UK standards (e.g. EN 13501‑4, EN 1366‑10, EN 1366‑2, DW 145).
• Proven and active network within the M&E contractor and designer community in the UK.
• Confident communicator in both verbal and written formats — able to deliver focused presentations (e.g. CPDs), respond to specification queries, and contribute to technical materials.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal teams and influence without relying on hierarchical authority.
