Role Description
This is a full‑time Contract Manager role based in Brentwood, offered on a hybrid basis with some work from home flexibility. The Contract Manager will oversee roofing contracts from award to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include:
- Reviewing contract terms
- Preparing and managing documentation
- Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitoring project progress against milestones
- Assessing risks
- Handling contract variations and claims
- Managing cost tracking and reporting

Qualifications
