What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop operational teams to deliver safe, compliant and high‑performing FM services.
  • Provide operational leadership across multiple healthcare contracts.
  • Ensure contractual compliance, KPI achievement and service delivery standards are consistently met.
  • Lead financial performance across the portfolio, including budgets, forecasting and cost control.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a senior operational escalation point.
  • Support commercial performance through effective management of contractual risks.
