RFL Property Services Ltd is a subsidiary of Royal Free London Group. The role supports the Contracts and Performance team with a focus on secretarial and administrative services, ensuring efficient, confidential and high-quality support.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly motivated and effective individual to join us as a Business Support Assistant. This role plays an integral part in the efficient running of the Contracts and Performance team, working with the wider Business Support team and other administrative functions to deliver comprehensive, confidential and high-quality secretarial and administrative services including but not limited to:
- preparation of complex documentation, including contract documentation, reports, presentations and project plans.
- efficient diary management ensuring conflicting appointments are resolved according to urgency, responding to email enquiries, and escalating appropriately.
- maintaining sickness and annual leave records for the team, updating all systems within the required timeframes to ensure accurate payroll data.
- issuing agendas, accurate minute taking and updating spreadsheets for relevant meetings
What do we need?
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience is essential.
- Secretarial qualifications including RSA 3 or equivalent word processing is desirable.
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages, with previous knowledge of TRAC, PECOS, E-rostering & Allocate applications an advantage.
- Previous experience of working as a PA to board members
- Excellent communicator who can work autonomously with a flexible approach and high level of attention to detail
