The University of Leeds is seeking to appoint a Research Fellow in Accounting and Finance within Leeds University Business School. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality, impactful research in a vibrant academic environment recognized for its excellence in business and management studies.
The successful candidate will work as part of an established research team, contributing to ongoing projects in accounting and finance. Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking independent and collaborative research
- Developing and applying appropriate methodologies

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a PhD (or be close to completion) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
Required expertise/skills
- Strong research capabilities in accounting and finance, including experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methods
- A track record of, or clear potential for, high-quality academic publications
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant research tools and statistical software
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a research team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary details: £37,099 to £44,263 per annum.
