The University of Glasgow’s School of Infection & Immunity is seeking a talented Research Assistant/Research Associate to join its vibrant research community. This full-time, fixed-term role places the successful candidate within a team focused on advancing scientific understanding in infection biology and related health sciences.
The post accommodates applicants at different stages: appointment as a Research Assistant is available for those with suitable postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience, while candidates with a PhD and a stronger research track record may be appointed as a Research Associate, reflecting greater responsibility and autonomy.
In this multidisciplinary research environment, you will work under the guidance of academic leads to plan and conduct high-quality research projects, collaborate with colleagues across the University, and contribute to the School’s research outputs and objectives.
