The University of Strathclyde invites applications for a Research Associate / Senior Research Associate to join a funded research project within a leading academic department. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to high-impact, interdisciplinary research in a collaborative and innovation-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the objectives of the project, undertaking both independent and collaborative research.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing research methodologies
  • Conducting data collection and analysis
  • Producing high-quality outputs such as peer-reviewed publications, technical reports, and conference presentations
  • Close collaboration with principal investigators, academic colleagues, and external partners where applicable
  • Contributing to the development of new research proposals

At the senior level, additional responsibilities may include:

  • Leading aspects of the research programme

Salary Details: Salary will be aligned with the University of Strathclyde's Research Associate / Senior Research Associate salary scales and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
