The Litigation Team at Ronald Fletcher Baker is seeking a motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented Paralegal to join our Exeter office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience to build strong legal and practical skills and work closely with experienced Solicitors as part of a collaborative team. This is a full‑time, office‑based position.

Key Responsibilities:
