Are you a qualified maintenance plumber (level 2 or level 3 is essential) available for an immediate start? We have a new interim position for a qualified maintenance plumber to join a client side estates team in a University in central London. You will be paid hourly at a rate of £24p/h (Umbrella rate) and be working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday - 8-4. You will be working in a team of friendly engineers and based on the University campus in Bloomsbury. This role is starting on the 8th April and will be paid weekly.
In this maintenance plumbing role you will be responsible for:
- Reactive maintenance plumbing issues
- Minor repairs
- PPMs
- Mechanical plant room maintenance including AHU/FCU L8
For this temporary maintenance plumbing role we are looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 City and Guilds or NVQ
- Commercial building services maintenance experience (this is essential)
- Experience of AHU/FCU
- Immediately available for work
