Are you a qualified electrical engineer looking for a new static maintenance position, working for a prestigious account for a growing service provider?

We have a new role for a Lead electrical engineer, to be based at a flag ship office for a commercial organisation in Canary Wharf.

In addition to an immediate start, you will be offered a starting salary of £48,000. The benefits also include:

  • Private health care,
  • 25 days holiday
  • All travel paid

You will be working as the resident engineer, based on a static commercial office building in Canary Wharf.

You will also be supported by a dedicated team of mobile engineers to assist with the maintenance within your building.

Within this electric engineer role you will be responsible for

  • Delivering electrical PPMs
  • Reactive maintenance
  • AHU, FCU
  • BMS systems
  • HVAC
  • Contractor management
  • Issuing of permits
  • Utilisation of the CAFM system
  • Daily client interaction

For this Lead Engineer role, we are looking for

  • Qualified level 3 electrician with 18th edition
  • Building services xgikmsk maintenance experience within a similar high spec office building
  • Working knowledge of AHU and HVAC
  • Strong communication skills and able to liaise with a client day to day
