We are recruiting a Foot Mobile Electrician for a world famous food and beverage brand. Growth is at the heart of everything our client does. What our client is looking for:
- An experienced Multi Skilled Electrical Technician to join their Manchester division.
- You will be covering the following locations: Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Leeds, York.
- You will ideally use your own vehicle, but be able to charge all travel expenses to the company.
Your Mobile Electrical Maintenance role will include:
- Reporting to the Technician Team Leader and working within a high-performing team delivering electrical and general maintenance across a portfolio of North West based stores.
- Using your experience to complete jobs within agreed SLAs while minimising disruption to shop operations.
- Confidently diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs quickly and safely.
- Servicing and maintaining electrical equipment, lighting, plugs, sockets and fittings.
- Carrying out minor fabric repairs including painting, plaster repairs, brick slips, toilet seat replacements and furniture repairs.
- Working comfortably at height and using a wide range of tools and equipment.
- Collaborating with colleagues to complete projects on time and to specification.
- Using a handheld device for reporting and communicating effectively with shop teams.
- Travelling nationwide when required.
- Working on a rota covering Monday to Friday 7 - 3.30 with a late shift 10.30 - 7 1 week in every 5. Weekend work is also on the rota, with time in lieu offered.
About you:
- A qualified maintenance electrician, with a level 3 and 18th edition.
- At least 2 years electrical experience post qualification with experience of commercial building services maintenance.
- Experience of maintaining the electrics in catering equipment would be highly desirable.
- Experience of working in a mobile role previously, ideally within similar buildings.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
