We have a new temporary role for a maintenance carpenter to join a world famous University based near Uxbridge. This role will be paid weekly at 25.86 per hour (umbrella rate) and is a static role based at the University campus in Uxbridge. Your working hours will be Monday-Friday 8-4, which is a 35 hour week.
Within this carpenter role you will be joining a team of skilled maintenance technicians. This is a varied maintenance role where you will be responsible for:
- Fabric maintenance
- Carpentry
- Reactive works and PPMs
- Fire door checks and maintenance
For this carpentry role we are looking for:
- A level 2 or 3 in Carpentry
- Building services maintenance experience of fire door checks and maintenance
- Fabric maintenance experience as well as multi trade building services maintenance experience
- Able to start a new role from April
