We are looking for an Asset Manager with expertise in building services maintenance. We are seeking an Asset Manager to join our clients in-house estate team.
You will be responsible for conducting asset surveys, validating asset data, planning maintenance schedules in accordance to SFG20, utilising the CAFM system and performing audits to identify areas for improvements. This is the ideal role for a Technical M&E Engineer who has moved into an asset manager's role and who wants to join a prestigious organisation and work on some of the most iconic campuses in the world!
