It's one of the fastest-growing, best-connected corners of the tech sector, and demand for talent here isn't slowing down any time soon.

New leadership, new systems, and a new Grade A office in Central London landing in October: the foundations are freshly in place, and the next phase of growth hasn't happened yet.

You'll be trained by experienced recruiters who are well known and well regarded in the technical recruitment space, not shadowing a script, but getting real, hands-on coaching from people who've built successful desks and careers in this exact market. Their recent trainees prove the model works: one who joined them from hospitality is already progressing toward Managing Consultant; another has had three promotions in two years. You'll be working at the front edge of how AI is reshaping the recruitment industry itself, while placing people into the AI infrastructure companies defining the next decade of tech.
