  • Break into recruitment in one of tech's hottest sectors

Recruitment is one of the most lucrative careers a driven graduate or career-changer can walk into.

There's no ceiling on earnings, no dependence on a degree in a specific subject, and fast progression for people who perform.

My client is where you'd want to do it.

My client is a specialist recruitment business in one of the fastest-growing, best-connected corners of the tech sector, and demand for talent here isn't slowing down any time soon.

That means a genuinely future-proofed market to build a career in, not a trend that fades in two years.

Join at exactly the right moment

My client is a lean, very high-performing team of 12, on track for around £3m in revenue this year, and about to scale to a 25-person agency over the next 24 months.

New leadership has joined them from leading competitors, they have the best software, and a brand new office in Liverpool Street, the foundations are in place for a huge success story.

Learn from a leadership team that's genuinely respected in the sector

You'll be trained by experienced recruiters who are well known and well regarded in the technical recruitment space, not doing admin work or following a script, but getting real, hands-on coaching from people who've built successful desks and careers in this exact market.

Their recent trainees prove the model works: one who joined them from hospitality is already progressing toward Managing Consultant; another has had three promotions in two years.

Where you start here isn't where you stay, if you are driven, intelligent, understand that hard work reaps rewards and are genuinely motivated to build a long term, lucrative and successful career for yourself, you can do that here.
