Rezzil creates performance products for sport across VR, mobile, console and gaming, serving B2B, B2C and elite performance markets. Our products support training, analysis, fan engagement and immersive sports experiences across the sports industry. Exar.live is our live game data ingest and transport platform, powering real-time analysis tools for VR, broadcast and performance environments. As we continue to grow, we are also expanding into new areas, including computer vision and AI-driven solutions.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead the full marketing function across Rezzil and exar.live. This is a senior role for someone who can set strategy, shape brands, manage the team, and drive growth across multiple products, audiences, and territories. You will be responsible for creating a clear marketing strategy across the company, ensuring Rezzil and exar.live are well-positioned in the UK and US, and supporting the global growth of our products. This will include overseeing brand, content, campaigns, communications, product marketing, performance marketing, events, PR, app store strategy and market expansion. The role will also involve building the marketing team as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Leadership: Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy for Rezzil and exar.live across UK and US markets. Create clear marketing plans that support company growth across B2B, B2C, gaming, partnerships, global mobile distribution and emerging technology areas. Define how each product, audience and territory should be positioned, with messaging that is consistent, commercially focused and easy to understand. Work closely with the leadership, sales, product and creative teams to align marketing activity with business priorities. Build a scalable marketing function that supports the company as it grows, particularly in the US market and across international mobile gaming audiences.
- Team Structure and Development: Lead the marketing team across brand, content, communications, campaigns and product marketing. Manage internal team members and external partners, including agencies, freelancers, PR support and specialist suppliers. Set clear priorities, responsibilities and reporting lines across the function. Identify future hiring needs as the UK and US marketing presence expands. Create the processes, reporting and structure needed for the team to operate effectively across multiple brands and markets.
- Brand and Positioning: Own the marketing positioning and tone of voice for Rezzil and exar.live. Ensure both brands are consistently represented across websites, pitch decks, campaigns, social media, events, sales materials, product launches, and partner communications. Work closely with creative and product teams to maintain high standards across brand, design, storytelling and customer-facing materials. Translate complex technology, live data and performance products into clear, compelling messages for different audiences.
- Campaigns and Growth: Plan and deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, leads, revenue and retention. Support go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature releases, partnerships and territory expansion. Oversee marketing activity across content, social, email, website, PR, paid media, events and community channels. Use data and reporting to measure performance and continuously improve campaigns. Ensure marketing activity supports both long-term brand building and short-term commercial goals.
- Market Development and Global Mobile Growth: Lead marketing activity across both UK and US markets, adapting campaigns and messaging where needed. Support the growth of Rezzil and exar.live with clubs, leagues, federations, broadcasters, technology partners, commercial partners and consumer audiences. Support the international growth of our mobile products, including launch planning, territory prioritisation, localisation, app store optimisation and user acquisition strategy. Understand when global mobile activity should be managed internally and when specialist agencies, regional partners or outsourced support should be brought in. Identify relevant events, conferences, media opportunities and partnerships that increase visibility in key regions. Work with the commercial and product teams to ensure marketing directly supports sales conversations, lead generation, customer growth and mobile revenue goals. Help shape the future US and international marketing structure as the company expands.
- Product Marketing and Communications: Develop clear product messaging across Rezzil and exar.live. Support launches and updates across VR, mobile, console, live data, broadcast and future AI/computer vision products. Help define go-to-market plans for mobile products across multiple territories, including what should be handled in-house and what should be outsourced to regional or specialist partners. Create or oversee sales enablement materials, case studies, product pages, campaign assets and partner communications. Ensure each product has a clear audience, message, value proposition and go-to-market approach.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, Growth Director, VP Marketing or similar.
- Experience leading marketing across multiple products, audiences and territories.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Experience managing a marketing team and working with external agencies or specialist partners.
- A track record of building successful campaigns that have increased awareness, engagement, leads, revenue, retention or market share.
- Strong brand, positioning and storytelling skills.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to connect marketing activity to company goals.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, product teams, sales teams and creative teams.
- Comfortable working strategically while still being close enough to the detail to support execution.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics and reporting, with the ability to make decisions based on performance.
- Experience working across the UK and US markets would be a strong advantage.
- Experience with international mobile product launches, localisation, app store optimisation, user acquisition, or working with outsourced mobile growth partners would be highly valuable.
