The Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team.
Working under the Creative Director, you will support a wide range of design projects across Rezzil and exar. live.
You will also collaborate closely with our Game Concept Designers, marketing, product, commercial, and leadership teams to create clear, engaging, and visually strong content.
The role covers a broad mix of work, including social media content, commercial presentations, brand assets, campaign materials, internal communications, and day-to-day graphic design support across the business.
This role would suit an established mid-weight Graphic Designer who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Minimum 3 years' experience.
A very strong Junior who is ready to move on would be considered.
You should be comfortable working from creative direction, but also capable of taking ownership of projects and delivering work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphic design work across Rezzil and exar. live.
- Design engaging social media content for company, product, and campaign channels.
- Produce polished commercial presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials.
- Support the Creative Director with brand development and the rollout of visual identities.
- Create marketing assets for product launches, events, partnerships, and campaigns.
- Develop templates and reusable design systems for presentations, social content, and internal communications.
- Work closely with the Junior Game Concept Designer on supporting visuals, concepts, mock-ups, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, and leadership teams to understand briefs and translate ideas into effective visual communication.
- Prepare artwork and assets for digital and, where required, print production.
- Maintain consistency across brands, products, and communication channels.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design.
- Contribute ideas, references, and visual inspiration to the wider creative team.
- Use AI and automation tools where appropriate to improve speed, consistency, and creative workflows.
Essential Skills and Experience
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience working as a Graphic Designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design, layout, typography, composition, and brand awareness.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
- Experience using presentation tools such as Power Point, Keynote, or Google Slides.
- A good understanding of design principles across digital, social, presentation, and brand work.
- Ability to interpret a brief and develop clear, effective design solutions.
- Comfortable working under creative direction while also managing projects autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of visual consistency.
- Good communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage feedback constructively and develop work through several rounds of review.

- Experience designing for print and preparing production-ready artwork.
- Experience building or designing websites, landing pages, or web-based content.
- Knowledge of website tools such as Webflow, Framer, Word Press, or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI tools to support design, content creation, automation, or production workflows.
- Motion graphics or basic video editing experience using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience working in sport, gaming, technology, entertainment, or a fast-moving creative business.
- An interest in sport, gaming, emerging technology, or digital products.

We are looking for someone with strong visual instincts who understands what makes design clear, engaging, and effective.
You should be comfortable moving between different types of work, from a high-impact social post to a polished commercial deck or a wider brand project.
Some briefs will be clearly defined, while others will require you to explore ideas and propose a visual direction.
You will be supported by the Creative Director, but you should also be confident taking ownership, making considered design decisions, and delivering work to a high standard.
