You will need to transform data into insights that drive decision‑making across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and other GTM functions. You have hands‑on experience building complex data models, forecasting across multiple functions, and administering commission plans in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and partner closely with MAPS Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Pre‑Sales, Solution Engineering, Finance, Corporate IT, Legal, and Professional Services.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the commission model end‑to‑end, including accurate and timely calculations, statement distribution, and communication with MAPS employees regarding questions, adjustments, and payments.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize GTM analytics, dashboards, and reporting across pipeline, forecasting, conversion, retention, and other performance metrics to support data‑driven decisions at all levels.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analysis to identify trends, risks, performance drivers, bottlenecks, and opportunities that improve revenue predictability and GTM effectiveness.
  • Support MAPS leadership with analytical insights for forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, performance discussions, and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, ensuring accurate stage progression, deal velocity, forecast movement, and overall pipeline health across MAPS systems.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to recommend improvements in data structures, processes, systems, enablement, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain complex data models, including addressable market analysis, quota models, territory planning, and compensation modeling.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to share insights, ensure alignment, and support operational consistency across MAPS and business partners.
