Do you want to be part of a business that’s redefining the future of AI-driven commerce and partners with the world's largest brands on delivering exceptional digital experiences, driving huge increases in revenue for our customers?
We are looking for a Player/Coach, a hybrid leadership role responsible for driving individual commercial performance while simultaneously developing, coaching, and enabling a high-performing team. The role balances direct contribution to revenue generation (“player”) with leadership accountability for team execution, capability building, and pipeline creation (“coach”). The primary purpose is to accelerate business growth through hands‑on deal execution while ensuring consistent performance uplift across the team through active coaching, deal support, and field leadership.
What will you be doing?
- Own a personal revenue quota and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including strategic enterprise deals.
- Maintain a strong, predictable pipeline and act as an escalation point for complex negotiations and deal shaping.
- Coach team members on deal strategy, pipeline management, and execution quality through regular reviews and 1:1s.
- Provide hands‑on deal support across calls, meetings, and proposals to improve win rates.
- Own team forecast accuracy, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions in partnership with RevOps.
- Drive pipeline generation strategies across outbound, partners, and marketing campaigns, ensuring balanced coverage.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success to refine GTM execution and messaging.
- Set performance standards, manage underperformance, support hiring, and foster a high‑accountability team culture.
Who are you?
We don't believe in ticking boxes here at Rezolve. Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit.
- Proven experience in a player/coach or sales leadership role with responsibility for both individual quota and team performance.
- Track record of managing complex, strategic enterprise deals across the full sales cycle.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline with experience partnering with RevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to coach sellers on deal strategy, discovery, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Experience providing hands‑on deal support and leading high‑impact customer engagements.
- Ability to drive pipeline generation through outbound, partner, and marketing‑led initiatives.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success.
- Experience setting performance standards, managing underperformance, and contributing to hiring and team development.
