We are looking for a commercially minded and hands‑on FP&A Director to play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our global financial planning and analysis capability. This is a high‑impact position at the center of the finance function, partnering closely with the Deputy CFO, regional finance leaders, and product CFO teams. You will lead the evolution of FP&A from a start‑up environment into a scalable, robust, and insight‑driven function, bringing structure, clarity, and forward‑looking analysis to support rapid growth.
What will you be doing?
- Lead the global FP&A function, establishing scalable processes, governance, and financial planning tools.
- Develop and manage the Long Range Plan (LRP) to align financial strategy with overall business objectives.
- Drive enterprise‑wide annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance management processes.
- Oversee group financial consolidation and deliver accurate, timely executive and Board‑level reporting.
- Enhance reporting frameworks and controls to support public company and SEC reporting requirements.
- Partner with regional and product finance leaders to provide strategic insight, KPI analysis, and decision support.
- Support M&A activities including financial modelling, due diligence, integration planning, and strategic investments.
- Build and lead a high‑performing FP&A team while driving continuous improvement in systems, forecasting, and analytics.
Who are you?
- Extensive FP&A experience within publicly listed, high‑growth, or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Proven success supporting businesses through transition from start‑up to scale‑up environments.
- Strong expertise in financial consolidation, Board reporting, and long‑range financial planning.
- Experience supporting M&A activity, including financial due diligence and transaction analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing finance teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering senior leadership across global teams.
- Advanced financial modelling, analytical capability, and data‑driven decision‑making expertise.
- Commercially astute, hands‑on, and adaptable professional with strong executive‑level communication and presentation skills.
