What’s the role?

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to serve as the primary owner of day‑to‑day revenue operations, ensuring consistent, scalable and compliant execution across the revenue engine. This role is execution‑focused from day one. Initially, you will operate with a lean team, and you will be expected to be hands‑on across reporting & forecasting, deal desk & deal operations, pricing & proposals, policy compliance, sales compensation, and operational support. As the business scales, this role will build and lead a broader team focused on day‑to‑day operations. This is a high‑ownership role for a leader who enjoys running the business today and designing the operating model for tomorrow. You will report to the VP, Revenue Operations and partner closely with MAPS leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and execute the day‑to‑day revenue engine including reporting, forecasting, deal desk operations, pricing, proposals, policy compliance, sales compensation, and operational support, acting as the primary point of accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Deal Desk team, providing hands‑on coaching and quality control while hiring additional roles over time, including Data Analysts, Proposal Managers, and Deal Desk Specialists, establishing clear KPIs, SLAs, and a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
  • Own the Deal Desk function end‑to‑end, ensuring fast, consistent, and compliant deal execution aligned with pricing, discount, legal, and bookings policies, while continuously streamlining processes to reduce friction, improve deal velocity, and increase win rates.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance on non‑standard deal structures and approval workflows, maintaining commercial rigour across the business.
  • Own the operational execution of sales compensation including plan administration, commission calculations, and payments, ensuring 99%+ accuracy, on‑time delivery, and serving as the escalation point for all compensation queries and adjustments.
  • Own the delivery of accurate, trusted reporting and forecasting across MAPS functions, ensuring consistent pipeline management, forecast methodology, and reporting standards that provide actionable insights for leadership decision‑making and planning.
  • Own day‑to‑day operational management of MAPS systems including Salesforce, Gong, PandaDocs, SharePoint, AmpleMarket, ChurnZero, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo, driving strong adoption, data quality, and workflow consistency.
  • Serve as the primary operational partner for MAPS leadership, translating strategic priorities into clear, executable workflows and dashboards while driving cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships.

Who are you?

We don’t believe in ticking boxes here at Rezolve. Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit.

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within the SaaS software industry, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, compensation models, and deal structures.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to start lean, be hands‑on in the early stages, and scale through strategic hiring as the business grows.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full revenue operations remit including reporting & forecasting, deal desk & deal operations, pricing & proposals, policy compliance, and sales compensation.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, with admin certification or equivalent proof of experience strongly preferred.
  • Highly analytical and execution‑oriented, with the ability to identify gaps, implement practical solutions quickly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
  • A strong communicator who builds effective partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal, translating operational complexity into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven leader who takes accountability for results, builds scalable processes, and maintains high standards of quality and consistency as the organisation grows.
  • Comfortable operating close to the work initially while simultaneously building the infrastructure, team, and operating cadence needed to scale the revenue engine over time.
  • Business proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is an asset.
