We are looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement to lead and execute our end‑to‑end enablement function across all customer‑facing teams, including Sales, Customer Success, SDRs, Partnerships, and other commercial roles. Initially hands‑on and execution‑focused, you will design, build, and deliver onboarding, training, coaching, and development programmes, before hiring and scaling a high‑performing enablement team as the foundational infrastructure matures.
Reporting & Collaboration
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will work cross‑functionally with GTM leadership, Human Resources, and Product to ensure every customer‑facing employee has the skills, knowledge, and tools to excel.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the strategic vision, framework, and roadmap for Revenue Enablement across all commercial roles, establishing core infrastructure including onboarding, continuous learning, certifications, coaching programmes, and change management motions.
- Build and deliver a comprehensive, role‑specific onboarding programme for Sales, Customer Success, SDRs, and other commercial roles, ensuring new‑hire readiness within 90 days through structured learning paths, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Own continuous learning and development programmes that support skill development, methodology adoption, and career progression, driving behavioural adoption through reinforcement, coaching, and structured follow‑ups.
- Lead enablement for new processes, workflows, tools, and product launches, ensuring teams understand not just what is changing but how to apply it effectively in their day‑to‑day roles.
- Own the internal enablement and knowledge platform, including content governance, version control, LMS administration, and delivery of instructor‑led and virtual training sessions.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to establish enablement performance analytics, including new‑hire ramp, productivity, skill adoption, and ongoing performance, using data to inform hiring plans, capacity planning, and enablement investment decisions.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with MAPS leadership, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and HR to ensure enablement content is accurate, aligned, and delivered on time, while proactively identifying and addressing performance and skill gaps across teams.
- Hire, develop, and scale a high‑performing enablement team, including an Onboarding Manager, Enablement Manager, and additional roles, transitioning ownership of mature programmes while maintaining strategic oversight and quality standards as the organisation grows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or related GTM leadership within the SaaS software industry.
- 3+ years of people‑management experience, with a proven ability to start lean, be hands‑on in the early stages, and scale through strategic hiring as the business grows.
- Experience selecting and implementing an LMS and delivering blended learning (self‑paced + instructor‑led).
- Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions, sales cycles, customer lifecycle, and commercial KPIs.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent instructional design, coaching, facilitation, and content‑creation skills.
- Strong change‑management capabilities with a track record of driving behavioural adoption.
- Proven ability to personally build and execute onboarding and enablement programmes from the ground up before scaling a team.
Benefits
- Be part of an innovative and fast‑growing global company at the forefront of AI‑powered commerce.
- Work with a dynamic and collaborative team shaping the future of AI, commerce, and customer engagement.
- Opportunity to make significant impact on the company's digital growth strategy.
