What’s the role?
We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused Director of Global Partner Marketing & GTM Lead who will define and execute the worldwide go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our strategic partnerships ecosystem, which is vital to Rezolve Ai’s growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing compelling joint value propositions with hyperscalers and GSIs. Moreover, you will focus on boosting demand through partner programs and campaigns to drive partner ARR growth. This role is a strategic, cross-functional position operating at the intersection of Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Sales.
What will you be doing?
- Co-Marketing Program Leadership: Design and implement a worldwide co-marketing plan with hyperscalers and GSIs, covering yearly and quarterly GTM strategies. Work closely with regional partner sales and marketing leaders to deliver coordinated programs such as content, events, webinars, ABM, and digital initiatives, tailored to local market requirements, and assess their impact on the sourced and influenced pipeline.
- MDF Strategy and Governance: Design and oversee the global MDF program by developing a comprehensive strategy, establishing clear policies for fund allocation and eligibility, and implementing a strong governance model to ensure compliance and maximise ROI. You will serve as the main point of contact for all MDF-related matters, ensuring the program remains competitive, effective, and aligned with our overall business goals.
- Partner Sales Enablement: Own the end-to-end partner sales enablement strategy. You will develop and update playbooks, messaging, battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts, and joint customer references and wins. Additionally, you will design role-specific enablement and certification programs tailored to different partner personas.
- Hyperscaler & GSI Motion Expertise: Facilitate co-sell readiness, align solution plays, and manage marketplace listings/Private Offers with hyperscalers. For GSIs, focus on solution packaging, industry-specific strategies, and field alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Geo partner sales/marketing leads, Brand/Content Marketing, Product/Industry Marketing, Sales Ops/Revenue Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Measurement and Governance: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline sourced and influenced, co-sell registrations, marketplace-influenced revenue, and partner-initiated opportunities.
