What’s the role?
We are looking for a Customer Engineer to join a high‑performing, customer‑obsessed team where technical depth, commercial awareness, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed are the foundation of everything we do. You will be the primary technical partner and trusted advisor for enterprise prospects and customers across your assigned territory. Owning the technical outcome, you will partner closely with Account Executives to drive and win complex sales cycles. This role is deliberately built for strategic advisors who help customers understand what becomes possible with AI‑powered commerce, and who build enough trust and technical conviction to secure the commitment.
What will you be doing?
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer business challenges, technology stack, and strategic priorities before proposing solutions.
- Own the technical close by resolving objections, validating integrations, and ensuring stakeholder confidence before commercial discussions.
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, and digital leaders as a credible peer‑level technical advisor.
- Deliver tailored demos, proof‑of‑concepts, and workshops aligned to customer business goals.
- Design complex eCommerce solution architectures across cloud platforms, payment rails, omnichannel systems, and APIs.
- Articulate executive‑level value by translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Lead technical responses for RFPs, security reviews, and enterprise due diligence.
- Capture product feedback, relay competitive insights, and apply emerging AI and commerce trends to customer engagements.

- Experience in commerce, retail, payments, or digital experience platforms preferred.
- Solid technical foundation across cloud, SaaS, API‑first architectures, data, AI/ML, payments, and omnichannel integrations.
- Comfortable presenting to both technical and business executives, with willingness to travel up to 30%.
