Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including Sundays), 45 hours per week
Shift Times: 7pm - 5am (flexibility may be required)

About the Role
We are a family-run business looking for a motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the first point of contact on the shop floor, leading and supporting a team of 20+ operatives. You'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, ensuring targets are met, and service levels are delivered.
What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations including goods in, storage, and dispatch
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
- Managing stock levels, carrying out regular checks, and reducing discrepancies
- Ensuring health & safety standards are always met
- Working with quality control to maintain high product standards
- Keeping equipment safe and well-maintained
- Producing accurate reports on stock and performance
- Managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Driving process improvements to boost efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in warehouse management (chilled FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Confident using warehouse management systems and MS Office
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
