Great Notley, Braintree, Essex Salary: Β£30,422 Start time between 6am-10am (5 over 7 shift pattern including weekends, 40 hours per week). Reynolds Food Group are thrilled to announce that we have opened our new facility in Braintree and are looking for energetic, reliable Warehouse staff to join our small dynamic team. This is a new Ambient, Chilled and Frozen facility and are looking for exceptional Reach Fork lift operative to start ASAP. Accountabilities Operate forklifts trucks safely, following company procedures and health & safety regulations. Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Report any mechanical issues or damages to management Follow procedures for refuelling or recharging equipment. Safely load and unload deliveries from vehicles and storage areas. Handle a variety of products including pallets, crates, or large bulk items, reporting any damages to management. Move products within the warehouse to designated locations. Organising stock efficiently to optimise space and facilitate easy retrieval. Assist with inventory management by relocating stock accurately. Support picking operations by transporting products to packing or dispatch areas. Assist in stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams. Communicating effectively regarding stock levels, issues, or delays. Maintain good housekeeping of your work area by applying the Company βClean as you goβ policy at all times. To be successful in your application for the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience. Reach and Counterbalance required Ideally have previous experience of working in a frozen/chilled environment. Ability to work to tight deadlines, on own incentive and within a team with high levels of accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working within a chilled/frozen environment. Flexible approach and self-motivated. Benefits: Annual pay reviews 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays, increasing with service to 33 days.
