As a Junior Business Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting our customers with our software solutions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth transition for clients adopting the Reynolds and Reynolds system, providing hands-on training and support throughout the implementation process.
In this role, you\’ll travel as part of a project team to install, upgrade, and support our software across all departments of a dealership. You will be responsible for specific elements of each implementation and serve as a key link between our technical solutions and our clients.
Successful candidates will be able to explain complex technical information to non-technical users with patience and enthusiasm. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Travel with a team to install, upgrade, and convert data from legacy systems to our software.
Collaborate with dealership management to tailor software configurations to their business needs.
Deliver both group and individual training sessions for dealership personnel.
Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
Prepare for future installations and provide remote setup, data conversion, and customer support from the office.
Follow up with clients after installation to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements
University degree in any discipline, Accounting preferred, but not essential
Accounting knowledge or experience in accounting systems preferred, but not essential
Full driving license
Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative
Must be able to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines
Must be prepared to travel around the UK up to 50% of the time
