HGV Class 2 Multi Drop Driver

Location: Newbury

Potential Earnings: £43,500 per year

Basic Salary: £41,787 per year

Incentive Bonus: Earn up to £1,000 per year by demonstrating dedication to your role and our customers.

Bank Holiday Compensation: Earn Time + ½ for Bank Holidays.

Shifts: 48‑hour fixed, 2‑week rotating rota. 5 days on, 7 days off pattern. Includes Saturday work. Starts at 1 am.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver fresh produce and chilled goods to well‑known restaurants and hospitality venues.
• Start your day early, enjoy quieter roads, and plan routes to meet timed delivery slots.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring outstanding support at every drop.
• Collaborate with the Transport Office team for assistance when needed.
• Perform regular manual lifting for deliveries, with thorough training provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional HGV Class 2 licence.
• Valid Digi Tacho card and Driver CPC card.
• Clean driving record – no major convictions, fewer than 6 points on licence.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
