We are seeking experienced Red Meat & Poultry Butcher / Caterer to join us as we continue to strengthen and expand our business.

Working in a chilled environment, duties include:

  • Boning, trimming and preparing red meat primal cuts
  • Portioning / cutting to exact customer specifications (Beef, Pork, Lamb, Poultry)
