Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an organised and proactive Client Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team, while managing the administrative processes that underpin client operations. Acting as a point of contact for contract and administrative queries, this role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential day-to-day support to the Account Management team in the ongoing management of client accounts.
- Assist Account Managers in cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Handle client queries and communications on behalf of Account Managers, escalating where necessary.
- Coordinate between clients and internal departments to resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Help prepare client-facing materials, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Contract & Administration:
- Draft, prepare, and manage client contracts and agreements.
- Track contract renewals, amendments, and expiry dates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems and CRM platforms.
- Raise and process contracts and other administrative documentation.
- Ensure all contractual documentation is compliant with company policies.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Prepare reports and account summaries for management as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows.
Skills & Key Attributes:
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong client focus, with previous experience in client services or administrative roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
- Composed and resourceful under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Experience with contract administration is desirable.
