Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for an experienced technical software developer to fulfil Artificial Intelligence technical research and implementation. Working alongside an AI product specialist and experienced software development teams, your responsibilities are to assist with the ongoing growth of AI within our product set. A crucial part of this role will involve researching, documenting, and recommending technical solutions for review, proposing and reviewing AI architectures with senior technical leaders, and implementing working prototype components.
Role Specifics
- Work with AI product specialist to understand product requirements.
- Research and document technical solutions and architectures for review.
- Assist in driving the development of approved AI solutions to market.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to support:
- The integration of generative AI solutions into various products and services.
- The implementation and utilisation of agentic and generative AI solutions and tools to assist daily tasks within the organisation.
Other Objectives
- Learn more about Reynolds’ products.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in generative and agentic AI technology.
- Train and educate other technical experts in AI solutions and architectures.
Requirements
- Candidates must be highly motivated to work within the field of AI and Automotive software products to bring their AI expertise to the UK business.
- A minimum of 2 years commercial software development experience and a degree in Computer Science, or similar, is required.
- Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the following:
