As Senior Operations Manager, you will be involved in numerous operational projects and play a crucial role in supporting our operational team across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve operations, reducing waste, and delivering fully costed initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also work hands-on to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create accurate forecasts for resourcing and oversee planning and dispatch functions.
- Provide a strong presence at our head office in Purfleet and travel nationally to support the wider network.
