Reynolds Training Academy (RTA) is an independent training provider based in Dartford, Kent that delivers specialist training in Beauty, Fitness and Performing Arts. We strive to passionately enhance and develop individuals’ skills and abilities through inspiration, motivation, and education in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
Who you will be reporting to: Academy Business Manager
Job Role
- Monitoring, maintaining and reporting on AI and Gymsales leads, pipeline and conversions
- Undertake sales calls
- Maintain pipeline spreadsheet
- Maintain schools database and support e-shot campaigns
- Create and maintain a lettings spreadsheet
- Support Academy Business Manager in producing sales communications and online and in-person events
Reception
- Managing premises including: opening and closing building, testing and recording fire alarms and fire drills, recording and emailing maintenance requests, producing and putting up signs as required, monitoring use of photocopier and maintaining snack shack
- Managing incoming telephone calls and staff, learners and visitors to the building
- Administrative support to Senior Management, Programme Managers, and caretaker
- Maintenance of staff DBS, CPD records and staff organisation chart
- Raising purchase orders and managing incoming goods
- Manage petty cash/credit card transactions
- Maintain first aid box and manage learners who are unwell
General Responsibilities
- Providing cover and support for Learning Services Administrator as required
- To attend Internal and External CPD Training Sessions, as required
- To commit to the RTA Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies and promote a safe environment for children and young people learning within the Academy which includes undertaking a Criminal Records Bureau check for this post
- To support the RTA Management in all Health and Safety matters and take reasonable care for the Health and Safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work
- Promote Equality of Opportunity and Diversity in all aspects of the job and to challenge inequality and discrimination
- Other duties commensurate with the role
To be successful in this role you will need:
- To be proactive, self-motivated, target driven, flexible and be able to work both collaboratively and independently as part of a Team
- Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
- To present excellent and thorough attention to detail at all times
- Good IT Skills, familiar with Teams, Word and Excel
- Desirable knowledge of PICS, CRM and operational Software Platforms for AO’s
