Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 (including weekends), 45 hours per week

About The Role

A family‑run business with a proud history is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join the team. This is a hands‑on role where leadership, organisation, and energy are key. You’ll be leading a team of 20+ warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth operations and keeping everything running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of warehouse operatives
  • Managing absence, probation periods, and agency staff usage
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager and senior management to improve performance
  • Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
  • Producing reports and ensuring processes are followed
  • Driving improvements and best practice across the warehouse
