Warehouse Operative Location: Waltham Cross, Herts

Salary: £27,742

Shift: 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends), 40 hours per week.

Shift Times: 9am - 6pm

We're seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude to join our warehouse team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Working in chilled conditions between 3°C and 5°C.
  • Handling products of up to 25kg (full training provided).
  • Accurately picking and checking customer orders.
  • Identifying and reporting damaged or missing items.
  • Selecting and preparing appropriate substitutes for out-of-stock products.
  • Safely assembling products onto pallets, ensuring items are not compressed or damaged.
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Working efficiently alone or alongside colleagues to meet team goals.
  • Delivering a high standard of customer-focused service by maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
