Location: Waltham Cross, Herts

Salary: £28,849 per annum

Shift: 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekends), 40 hours per week.

Shift Times: 8pm – 4:30am

Please note: This role is based in a chilled warehouse environment (3-5 degrees).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manual Handling & Machinery Operation: Picking goods weighing up to 25kg and operating warehouse machinery (full training provided).
  • Picking, Packing & Labelling: Accurately picking, packing, scanning, labelling, wrapping and palletising goods in line with customer requirements.
  • Stock Control: Completing stock movement, rotation checks and ensuring product availability at all times.
  • Quality & Waste Control: Monitoring quality standards, reporting damaged or short items, and assisting in minimising waste while maximising productivity and service levels.
  • Pallet Assembly: Assembling products safely on pallets, avoiding compression and product damage.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, HACCP controls, legal requirements, and Company policies at all times.
  • Clean as You Go: Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and keeping your work area clean and organised.
  • Security Awareness: Complying with Company security policies and reporting any suspicious incidents to Senior Management.
  • General Duties: Carrying out other warehouse operative duties as required.
