About The Role
Reynolds Food Group is looking for motivated, reliable, and physically fit individuals to join our warehouse team as Warehouse Operatives. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, chilled warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a chilled environment: Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 3°C to 5°C.
- Physical Tasks: Lift and move products weighing up to 25kg, requiring good physical fitness.
- Order Picking & Preparation: Accurately pick and prepare goods for production, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and uphold product quality standards.
- Technology Use: Operate handheld devices (HHD) to efficiently pick and pack customer orders.
- Quality Control: Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the team leader or manager.
- Safe Handling & Packaging: Ensure safe assembly of products on pallets, avoiding damage or compression.
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment like counterbalance and reach trucks.
- Health & Safety: Follow strict health and safety guidelines while working both independently and as part of a team.
