Working Hours: 40 hrs per week on a 5 over 7 shift pattern (including weekend work)

Reynolds Food Group is seeking motivated, reliable and physically fit individuals to join our warehouse team. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, chilled warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work in a chilled environment (temperatures 3°C to 5°C)
- Lift and move products weighing up to 25kg – good physical fitness required
- Loading – moving and unloading deliveries, breaking down pallets and scanning stock
- Order picking & preparation – accurately pick and prepare goods for production, ensuring seamless daily operations
- Inventory management – maintain accurate stock records and uphold product quality standards
- Technology use – operate handheld devices (HHD) to efficiently pick and pack customer orders
- Quality control – report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to the team leader or manager
- Safe handling & packaging – ensure safe assembly of products on pallets, avoiding damage or compression
- Vehicle operation – safely operate warehouse equipment such as counterbalance and reach trucks
- Health & safety – follow strict health and safety guidelines while working independently and as part of a team
