As our Group Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across all divisions of our UK operation. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles—from operational to corporate—and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Manage full-lifecycle recruitment across multiple business units.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
- Support employer branding activities and career campaigns.
Proven experience in in-house or agency recruitment (multi-site experience a bonus). Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
