We are looking for a proactive, highly organised HR Administrator to join our HR Team and help deliver a first‐class employee experience. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including starters, contracts of employment, contractual changes and leavers.
- Preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate, up‐to‐date employee records.
- Support absence recording processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Provide support with onboarding/offboarding and induction processes where required.
- Working closely with managers, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D and other internal teams.
- Provide administrative support in relation to disciplinary, performance, and grievance matters.
- Supporting compliance activity and helping ensure HR administration remains audit ready.
- Providing professional, efficient and people‐focused administrative support on HR policies and procedures across the group.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
What We're Looking For
- Previous HR administration experience in a busy, fast‐paced environment.
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards.
- Up to date knowledge of HR legislation and UK Employment Law.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in managing HR data, including system configuration, data maintenance, and report generation.
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- A confident communicator who can build effective working relationships.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering great HR support.
- Previous experience in Food or logistics environments is a bonus—but not essential.
