Shape the future of Learning, Talent and Capability in a growing, operational business.
At Reynolds Food Group, weâre serious about skills, capability and growing our people from within â but weâre equally clear that traditional classroom learning wonât cut it in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Weâre now looking for a Learning & Development and Talent Lead to design, build and embed a progressive, skillsâled approach to learning and talent that genuinely improves performance on the ground. This is a career-defining opportunity for an experienced L&D professional who wants to move beyond "courses and programmes" and create practical, applied learning that sticks â shaping the function, the strategy and the future direction of L&D and Talent across the Group.
The Opportunity
This is not a "maintain what already exists" role. You will:
- Design and lead a modern L&D and Talent function that is embedded into dayâtoâday operations.
- Build skillsâbased frameworks, Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) and development pathways that directly support productivity, engagement and succession.
- Introduce a pragmatic, operationally relevant talent and succession model that leaders actually use.
- Reduce reliance on traditional classrooms and innovate with onâtheâjob, blended and experiential learning.
- Lead and develop a small, capable L&D team and raise the impact and visibility of learning across the business.
Youâll work closely with Operations Directors, Site Leaders and senior stakeholders, positioning Learning and Talent as a commercial enabler, not a support function.
What We Offer
- Annual pay reviews.
- Bonus Scheme.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Group Personal Pension Plan.
- Retail Discount membership.
- Health Care Cash Plan membership.
- Free onsite parking.
- Death in Service Benefit.
- Further company tailored benefits achieved through service and commitment.
