We’re looking for a passionate Food Technologist to join our growing Technical Team at Reynolds Food Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing safe, high-quality food products to market while working cross-functionally with procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct safety, quality, and legal reviews for new and existing products and suppliers
  • Maintain robust product and supplier due diligence documentation
  • Plan and manage seasonal product transitions effectively
  • Respond to internal and external technical queries professionally
  • Carry out technical research and provide accurate recommendations
  • Support technical projects and maintain QMS compliance

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

  • Degree in Food Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a food technical or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and legislation (including FIR 2014 & allergens)
  • Excellent attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of food microbiology
  • Experience working with suppliers
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
