Reynolds Catering Supplies in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Section Head to lead a team of 8–16 colleagues in a fast-paced FMCG operation.

You will own performance within your section, drive productivity, and balance people management with operational delivery in a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll monitor KPIs such as productivity and accuracy, plan resources, and drive continuous improvement while managing labour costs and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
