We're looking for a confident, relationship-driven National Account & Business Development Manager to help us grow our presence across the country and build long-term partnerships with leading chefs, venues and foodservice operators. What you'll be doing
- This is a true dual-role opportunity combining national account management with new business development.
- Grow and nurture key accounts.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with national foodservice groups and hospitality operators.
- Deliver annual growth plans aligned with company targets.
- Run monthly business reviews and weekly performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our product range.
- Support pricing, tenders and contract renewals.
- Win new business.
- Identify and secure new national and regional customers.
- Build a strong pipeline across hospitality, stadia, education, healthcare, travel and leisure.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.
- Create strategic entry plans for high-value target groups.
- Represent us at industry events and exhibitions.
- Contribute to growth strategies and forecasting.

- Revenue growth (new and existing customers).
- Strong gross margins.

What we're looking for
- Proven success in National Account Management within foodservice or FMCG.
- A track record of winning new business.
- Experience supplying contract caterers or hospitality groups.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of the foodservice industry.
