- Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader or senior customer service role.
- Strong customer service experience, ideally within hospitality, foodservice or a busy telesales environment.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- A positive, patient and customer-first approach.
- The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and escalated when needed.
- A natural ability to motivate, coach and support others.
