Location: Waltham Cross, Herts

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (excluding breaks)

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised HR Administrator to join our HR Team and help deliver a first‑class employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including starters, contracts of employment, contractual changes and leavers.
  • Preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date employee records.
  • Support absence recording processes and provide guidance to managers.
  • Provide support with onboarding/offboarding and induction processes where required.
  • Working closely with managers, Payroll, Recruitment, L&D and other internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support in relation to disciplinary, performance, and grievance matters.
  • Supporting compliance activity and helping ensure HR administration remains audit ready.
  • Providing professional, efficient and people‑focused administrative support on HR policies and procedures across the group.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous HR administration experience in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
  • Level 3 CIPD qualification or working towards.
  • Up to date knowledge of HR legislation and UK Employment Law.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in managing HR data, including system configuration, data maintenance, and report generation.
  • Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator who can build effective working relationships.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  • A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering great HR support.
  • Previous experience in Food or logistics environments is a bonus—but not essential.
