Starting Salary: £31,390 (increasing to £43,363 after completing Class 2 licence)

Working Hours: Average of 48 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including Saturday work)

Trainee Driver Academy (TDA): This program is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic, who want to become a qualified LGV/HGV Driver.

What You'll Do: While training, you'll drive a 3.5T vehicle and study for your HGV theory. After passing your theory and obtaining your Class 2 licence, you'll drive a 7.5T vehicle for 8 weeks, gaining hands-on experience. Upon successful completion, you'll be qualified as a Reynolds Class 2 Driver.

Salary Progression: Basic salary of £31,390 during training. £43,390 after completing the 7.5T training and becoming a qualified Class 2 Driver.

Career Development: Many of our current Distribution Team Leaders have progressed from driving roles, so there are unlimited career growth opportunities within the company.

Benefits: 28 days of paid annual leave (including bank holidays).
