Customer Service Advisor

Location: Waltham Cross, Herts

Salary: 27,725

Hours: TBC Days (37.5 hours per week – 09:30am-6:30pm). This role will require weekend work.

What will I be doing?

  • Processing orders and managing order fulfilment processes through communication channels including Email and telephone.
  • Assisting customers when placing orders and transactions.
  • Ensuring that orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide support and comprehensive product knowledge and service information to customers, suppliers, and other departments within the business.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records on databases including tracking preferences, order history and contact information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products offered by the company in order to provide accurate information when answering any questions or making.
  • Actively promote upselling and cross selling to customers.
  • Addressing customer complaints, troubleshooting and technical issues and resolving in a professional and efficient manner.

What do I need to be considered for this role?

  • Experience of working in a FMCG customer service setting would be advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent listening, questioning and feedback skills.
  • A professional manner, with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
