What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitoring and communicating the status of warehouse picks.
  • Issuing and confirming pick sheets.
  • Preparing pick documentation for warehouse operatives.
  • Monitoring critical pick and load schedules.
  • Updating paperwork and maintaining accurate system records.
  • Carrying out NA (Not Available) and substitution processes.
  • Releasing Purchase Orders and communicating updates internally.
  • Auditing pick equipment and maintaining document control.
  • Liaising with warehouse, logistics, and internal departments.
  • Supporting administration duties across the warehouse operation.

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Previous experience within a similar administration or warehouse support role.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and using own initiative.
  • Experience within a chilled or warehouse environment would be advantageous.
