Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the UK Management Team. This role is key to ensuring senior leadership operates efficiently by providing high-level administrative, organisational, and coordination support.
In this position, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare materials and agendas, and track follow-up actions. You will act as a central point of communication, drafting correspondence and working closely with internal stakeholders, including management assistants across Europe.
You will also organise travel and logistics, maintain confidential documents, and support leadership initiatives through project tracking and event coordination. The role requires sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Management Assistant
- Proven track record supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience with project or task tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Atlassian, or similar)
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
